Standard Board: Switches the view to the standard board. You can change some properties of the standard board in the Settings dialog. |

Load Board: Opens the 'Load Board' dialog that allows to load different graphics for the board and pieces. See also Changing the Board Appearance. |

Board Size (Standard): You can use this submenu to change the size of the Sudokus. Currently you can choose between 4x4, 9x9, 16x16, 25x25, and 36x36. |

Other Boards: This submenu contains Sudoku layouts with non-square hemmed areas, e.g. 8x8 Cross or 6x6 Ladder. It will be possible to download and install new layouts from the MaaTec Website. |

Edit Visible Cells: You can select the Edit Visible Cells mode here to modify the visible numbers/pieces of the current Sudoku. This will activate the Edit Bar and the commands in the Visible Cells submenu. |

Visible Cells: This submenu offers commands to modify the visible numbers/pieces of a Sudoku:
Note: Even if a specific pattern of visible cells for a Sudoku gave a solution, this need not be the case for other Sudokus. If you get no solution with a pattern that you loaded, you need to modify it or load and try another pattern.

Toolbar: Toggles the visibility of the toolbar. |

|
Status Bar: Toggles the visibility of the status bar. |
|
|
Time in Status Bar: Toggles the time display in the status bar on and off. |
: Opens a previously saved pattern
of visible cells and applies it to the current Sudoku.
: If you like a pattern that you created,
you can use this command to save it to disk and use it later for other
Sudokus. You can also save a pattern if no solution was found. This way
you can create some basic patterns as starting templates.
